Samantha has worked as a farm-hand on a small, family-owned produce farm, has experience in various restaurant settings, and is passionate about food geography, sense of place, and community empowerment. In her spare time, she loves cooking, spending time with family and friends, mountain biking, and exploring with her dog, Moose.
